Colored Fish

This project took me twice as long to finish because I had a very hard time figuring out what I wanted to do for the background. I decided to keep it simple and go black. I think overall it turned out ok. Not as good as it looked in my head before I started :P I am very dissappointed that the scales didn't show up on the orange fish. You can see it in person though. My favorite thing about this piece is definitely the pink/purple fish.

Eraser

This project at first was very frustrating because I didn't know exactly what my plan for it was. Erin gave me the idea of a rowing a boat and i searched gondola rides on google for an idea. I really like how it came out, and I think this is one of my favorite pieces I've done.

Precisionism

This is not one of my favorites. I started out liking this project a lot. I had a really hard time figuring out how to paint the trees. I don't like how it came out.

Peter Max

This is my favorite piece i've done this year. I started by painting the blue background and the red and yellow and transferred the black and white picture and then colored in the flower and parts of the black that came off during the transfer.

The Pug

I am very pleased with the way this came out. I finished it in 3 1/2 hours and i think it turned out very nice. I do wish that I had done more shading on the tongue. It looks a little flat. Maybe ill do that some other time.

Dad's Wolf

My dad's favorite animal is a wolf, so, I thought I'd draw him a quick picture of a wolf. I think it turned out ok. And he really liked it :)

The Eye

This was my first time actually sitting down and trying to draw a realistic eye. I think it turned out ok for my first time. I did really enjoy doing this :) oh and so everyone knows the eyebrow is not meant to be deformed or anything lol I drew the eye at the top of the paper and I didn't have room to draw the whole eyebrow.
